FIRE Inc . caters to Banks and Asset Management Companies, who are looking for a qualified individual to help them dispose of their REO Inventory.   Her appraisal background  is key when providing BPO's to the banking industry.

Just this year in 2007, Tania’s success was just recognized when the Denver Business Journal published her office as one of the “Top 25 Residential Real Estate Brokerage Offices” in Colorado. FIRE, Inc. placed 25 ^th .

Tania is not a newcomer to the Denver Business Journal.In 2001, the Denver Business Journal named her as one of their “ Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate ”. She was recognized as a Top Ten Producer in both the Multifamily and Small Office categories, placing 5th and 8th respectively . She received the RE/MAX Executive Club Award in 1999, her CCIM designation in 2000 and has received numerous production awards from the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) over the years.

Tania Wies is a high-energy broker who thrives on diverse and challenging transactions . Her clients include Banks, Asset Management Companies, Builders and Investors, Individuals and International Clients.  Tania is bilingual in German and English and serves clients from all different nationalities.

Tania started her real estate career in 1996, working as an analyst for AISCO, a division of AIMCO, one of the larger Apartment REITs in the state of Colorado . She then began brokering small and mid-size multi-family and office transactions . In 1998, she transferred to RE/MAX Commercial , where she received the RE/MAX Executive Club award her first year there.

In her ongoing desire to learn and grow professionally, Tania pursued her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and was awarded this prestigious certification in 2000.  She is one of only 6% of brokers nationwide who hold the elite CCIM status. CCIM candidates go through rigorous educational requirements and must demonstrate specific investment transaction volumes and field expertise, and then must pass a comprehensive 8 hour exam before a CCIM designation is awarded. It is no wonder that this designation is so highly regarded in the industry , and it is clear why its designees consider it such an honor to be among the elite few who earn this designation. Tania, however, is less focused on the status it confers and more interested in the financing and investment expertise she can provide to her clients, which is unsurpassed by most brokers.

Born and raised in Germany, Tania pursued her CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) and was awarded this designation in 2007. This partnership enables her to open up her already broad network to the international buyer and allows insights in markets and practices outside of the United States.

To add to her already prodigious knowledge and skills in the real estate and finance arena, Tania became a residential appraiser and a residential loan originator.  Due to the push in the industry to inflate values, directly clashing with Tania's ethics and integrity, she decided to retire her appraisal license after approx 1.5 years. As her REO inventory grew in 2005, Tania decided to focus her efforts on REO disposition exclusively. She is currently working with Banks and Asset Management companies on the evaluation, management, preservation and disposition of their REO assets.

Tania has positioned herself as few Broker-Owners have, with a unique experience in residential and commercial sales, residential valuation, and loan origination experience. She is a tough negotiator on behalf of her clients and offers drive, diversity and a broad-based experience as invaluable assets to her clients.
